What's the general consensus on this option? Is the scoop really that much larger, or is it just the rivet look that one would be after?

Ohhh, and if you order this option, would the cut-out option cover the removal of the stock scoop?

The scoop is not larger.

If you order the cutout option be sure to tell them to do the hood scoop at the same time. But, do not be surprised if it is not done. It is simple to cut off the moulded scoop.
