Need to modify/gut the stock proportional valve to remove the the proportional effect from the block. Don't want to replumb the brake lines at this point. From what I understand I would need a ford part/plug to use here. What is the thread size of this plug? Description on Summits site says 1/8" pipe plug. Can a regular pipe plug be used? Really don't want to pay 8 bucks for something I may already have.

Pay the money, the part number is M2450. I keep them in stock for the Mustang guys. The other option is to remove the plug you have a weld it. It is aluminum and what I have found it is more expensive to have it welded than to buy the one I need. I can send you one for the cost of the part and shipping parcel post or priority, your choice. HTH, Cheers Richard.
