I've noticed there are several of us around and was wondering if anyone would be interested in a Cobra club. I say "cobra" vs FFROG because there is strength in numbers, but would be open to either. Here in Yorktown, VA there are three of us within about five miles (that I know of). If anyone is interested, please email me and we can get it together. I'll even sponsor the first event... (a build party) A good friend of mine will also be in need of a body mounting party in the very near future. Let me know.

Sounds great, Brad and I were talking yesterday and thought that it would be a good idea. I'll give it a few more days to see how many responses we can get and then set something up. I think it would be great to have a group in the local area that can provide both moral and manual support for those things like body mountings and such.

Thanks,
Shawn

It sounds like there is getting to be enough of you tidewater guys to become a force to be recconded with.

Keep in touch with Wade Chamberline of the DC bunch. They are aways doing big stuff.

The MAFFROGS are about 65 strong now. We are a loose knit group of NC/SC/Va folks that try to get together 10 or 12 times per year.

We have indorsed the SPRING FLING as our next official event.

July 13, we are supposed to go to the Biltmore house.

August 13, we are supposed to have a myrtle beach trip.

Feel Free to join us at: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/midatlanticffrog/

Hey everyone,

I live in Chesapeake, and picked my kit up last december. Still doing some of the frame build up, "brake lines, routing wires and stuff." Wish I could have more done but too much work and not enough PLAY!!! But I sure am glad that there are people in the area. Feel free to e-mail any time if you start a club or need help in any way..

Thanx, Erich
