Ok, I'm done for the day. One more bolt, and the rearend is out.

It's the passenger trailing arm bolt on the diff end. The fronts are completely frozen, and the threads are gone....

I am going 3-link so I don't need them?

So I have the nut off, but the bolt just spins and won't back out. 3 days of Liguid Wrench ad PBB, tried to knock it out with up to a 5lb sledge hammer. It won't budge.

Any ideas are appreciated.

PS. I don't have a blowtorch!

Use a jack to make sure that there is no weight on the bolt. Then use the hammer and punch. If that doesn't work heat the bolt with a propane torch (or MAP would be even better). You can pick up either at any hardware store, should be around $10. Then try the punch again.

Good luck,
Todd

If it's turning, it's loose. It's probably got a ridge worn into it is why it won't come out. As Todd, said, make sure there's not a load on it, and it should come out.
It'll need some persuasion.
