Should be the same. All knock sensors and throttle position sensors and other sensors are in the same place so you should be fine.
Black02SLPSS,
Thanks. I just purchased a low mileage LS6, but the harness was sold earlier today. That makes my pocket feel better.

Depending on the year, note that there is a difference in the connector to the MAF. Ealier harnesses had two separate connectors, one for airflow and one for temperature. Later engines combined these into one 5-pin connector. This is no big deal, you can buy the correct connector for your engine.

For my clarity. Are you saying that if my replacement harness has two separate plugs for the MAF I can just buy the 5-pin connector and wire the two plugs to the pin-outs on the single plug or vice versa? The engine is from a 2003 ZO6. It’s being crated for shipping and the photo is no longer up on the site so I don’t know if it has a single or dual MAF connection.

Yes, you are correct. I believe the 03 LS6 will have the 5-pin connector. The 01 and older will have separate connectors. If you don't already have it I would recommend purchasing the Helms GM manual for the 03 year. This will give you all the wiring diagrams, connectors and other info you'll find useful during the build.

Thank you Everyone. My engine is being crated today for shipment. The computer is included. It's a complete pull form a 2003 Z06 with just over 16k miles. The harness was sold from the engine about 4 hours prior. It's good to know that it will not be too painful or expensive to replace.

The trigger has been pulled. Just hope I can have it complete by next July.

Walt. I sent you a PM.
