are the live axle PRO shocks the same as the IRS shocks?

I was told no when I ordered my kit. Originally, I was looking into getting the live axle coilovers and then upgrading to the IRS later. They said that I wouldn't be able to use the same shocks with the IRS. Not to say that this is for sure, but it's what FFR told me.
