Calling all Cobras wanting to cruise down to Keith Craft's open house next weekend.
I would like to get a few of us at least to use the open house as an excuse to drive the back roads down to Arkadelphia assuming the weather cooperates!
My thoughts are to meet up on the way, maybe at the Home Depot in Benton, and take Hwy 5 through Hot Spring to Hwy 7 to Arkadelphia. Beautiful drive and lots of curves. I plotted what I think would be a great cruise, check it out at the following link.

I'd like to leave at about 8:00 to get there around 10:00.
Maybe return by Hwy 7 to Hwy 70 for a little different return route.

I've got some pictures but can't seem to get them to post on FF site. I've not given up, just had to do some work and pay the bills.
Keith's operation is pretty impressive.

Saw them on that "other" site too. I always use Photobucket for posting pics here as there are size restrictions and a certain amount that can be posted.

That little part is on Hwy 5 between Benton and Hot Springs. We had a lot of great roads all the way down, my battery ran out after about an hour and a half. Plus I had to really cut it down for YouTube. HD takes a lot of room and they limit it to 100 meg, about 5 minutes in 720p.

I played with speeding it up x2 and it looks like we are going at a pretty good clip. :001_tongue:

Maybe try Vimeo. My wife uploaded an HD video of about 5 minutes I think. Where did you have the mic located in your car, behind the seat?

I think the mic was down by my right leg. It's a cheap computer mic so it doesn't pickup the sound I'm wanting. I guess it would probably melt if I stuck it down inside the sidepipe!
May get good sound for a few seconds!
I've been playing with it's location and haven't found that sweet spot just yet.
I may spring for a decent microphone if I can work out the mount.
