Anyone know where I can get instructions for assembly of AN line fittings? I know the basics, but would like the official words and tips, tools, etc.

Having done my complete sprint car in -AN fittings (3 times) and my Cobra (oops I mean Roadster) I would make 2 recommendations:
(1) Buy the -AN clamp that goes in your vise to hold the fittings. This simple $20 tool cuts your time in half and makes it much less painful.
(2) Stick with Earl's or Aeroquip. Run from the Russel stuff, regardless of how attractive the price is.
Just my 2 cents.

Make sure when you cut the tube that there aren't any burs coming from the stainless cover. I used a cut off wheel on the die grinder and that seamed to work the best. Make sure you wrap some tape over the tubing where you are cutting and cut it as straight as possible
