does any one have any input on the pros and cons
on these 2 heads they seem to flow very similar up to 500 then the victor jr takes over would it be better to get a set of afr 185 with a cnc port job?

Or, for the same money, port the Vic's.
Bottom line, the Vics are more head for the same(or less) money

Call Ford Performance Solutions. www.f-p-s.com and talk to Troy. He offers the Avenger cylinder heads in bothe the Canton and Edelbrock design. For the same money as the AFR 185 you can buy a CNC Avenger head that flows over 300cfm for I think $1399.

i am most likely going to go with the vic jr heads
no one has them in stock locally, so i wanted to make sure i get the best one for my 342 upgrade.
i am going to switch from the performer head and e cam to a gordon levy custom cam and new stu mounted rockers, i really like the way the afr 205 heads flow but they use a diff header.
