Here is a nice one that Breeze sells that you rivit to the floor pan and don't need to be dead nuts on the 4" round tube. It is a little pricey but good quality and ease of installation.

I used them on both sides. I added 5/16th carrage bolt to go where I wanted them(not just through the aluminum). It was easy, took the track apart drilled where needed, tack welded bolts in place. I left the original bolts and used fender washers just because. I mounted the tracks to brackets on the outside of
Kirkeys, so I had no control over where they ended up.
