I just wanted to give a public thanks to FFR, and Joe. I sent back a SPAL electric fan that, after 1600 miles of driving, self destructed. I have no guess why, but most of the blades let go. I called FFR about purchasing a replacement, or finding the part number so I could get one locally, and the asked me to return the broken one. A couple of weeks later, I received a new one in the mail. Maybe they have a warranty with SPAL, but I didn't expect to get one replaced free!

I'd like to thank them for the prompt backorder service. I've only had my kit about 3 weeks, and I think I've gotten almost everything. (Minus the side pipe that I had to send back that was damaged in shipping)

I need to go through the BO list one more time to check, but I know there's not much left.

While I can only speak from my experience, you've been timely and helpful.
