I have seen some nice brackets to mount the condenser in front of the rad...are these all home made or is there a source...??

Some mount to the rad top and bottom and others mount to the frame that extends forward on each side of the rad.

Suggestions welcomed:..

I made mine out of some .050 SS I had. They are A little over 3 hole's wide and attached to the condenser with 2 6/32 SS screws and lock nuts and to the radiator with 10/32 screws and A 1/2" spacer. two top and two bottom.
Chaz...

I chose to mount my condenser in the rear, in an angle, just above the fuel tank
I had excellent results.
Clean installation, better colling, less tubes and hoses at sight.
I obviously had to mate a fan to the condenser. No shroud though.

I like the location but how are you going to get airflow through the condenser in enough quantity to equal what comes through in the normal position???? Seems to me without ductwork or some sort of scoop you will be riding in a hot coupe. No pun intended.
