I jsut received my new upper A-Arms from FFR. There are no bolts to attach them to the frame.
What size bolts do I need to get?

Roy,
I have the new set supplied by FFR and a set supplied by Cobra Cory.

The FFR set appear to be 3/8" diameter and are 1.25" long.

The nuts are the "Nylock" type.

If there was more time, I would mail these to you as I do not need them.

PS Cobra Corry's set were longer, had washers, and a cotter pin type bolt/nut setup.

This is a copy of an old post. If it helps you out.
Paul

I could do these again if there were enough interest. (I need to buy in bulk of 100 each.)

I have made them into kits. One kit for each side.
So if someone needs to replace one side..Like a spec racer for example you don't have to buy the whole deal.

Each kit comes with:

1 AN7-11 bolt
2 AN7-12 Bolts
3 Castle Nuts. (Not Nylock)
3 Cotter Pins
6 Thin washers
6 Thick washers
Washers are used to adjust bolt height and
torque values if necessary.

There will be no threads inside the grip area to cause wear.

I am providing these at my cost of $11.00 per side (Kit) plus shipping. You will need two kits. I believe I can get the 2 kits together, shipped for around $3.00 East of the Mississippi, $4.00 to the west.
I got a good deal on the bolts so I am passing that along.

I am not a vendor, So I don't have PayPal or anything like that.
I'll take a check from anybody on the forum. If Someone bounces on me.....I know where to find you...

I am simply trying to help out with the bad bolt situation.....

If interested, I need an email address, and a ship to address, to get them to you.
I'll get them out as soon as I get the email from you.

When I get home tonight I'll take a picture of the kit, and post it here, so you can get an idea of what is included. ( I forgot to do that last night ...)

Hmmmm.... I am not going to have to take out a banner ad now am I?

He's not looking for the bolts that hold the arms together...he's looking for the bolts that hold the arms to the frame. The trigger fingers are getting a bit quick these days.

I got time to unwrap one of the arms last night. I measured and it looks like they are 1/2 inch.
So 1/2 X 1 1/2. Grade 8, Nyloc nuts. Maybe flat washers?
