Finally, after some frustrating wiring isues, FFR5437 is alive. Engine and trans went in last week, but wiring issues prevented a start. Today, after corectly hooking up all starter/solenoid/ignition wires the engine still would not fire. Problem was traced to a faulty ignition switch which accidentaly grounded two of the posts and fried the ignition switch. Luckily FFR acidentially sent two switches so after using the second switch, INSTANT FIRE! Wooooooooooooooooo. What a rush. 302/350 HP. Now I know the feeling you all have been expressing on this forum. The thing is a beast. Fire, noise, smell and smoke. What a rush. There is light at the end of the tunnel.

Too cool. The fun is just starting! But, where is the video? Or pics? Otherwise NAGA won't believe you.

Way to go!!!!! The first startis sometimes a pain but THEN, it runs and all is well. Then you will want to get some miles on it.

I got 945 miles on FFR5426 after this weekend with the Mile Hi Cobra Club in Colorado.
