What options (in addition to Finish Line's) do I have for a pre-cut 427 S/C dash? Any available with pre-cut glovebox?

You could go with a 427R layout (Street Roadster), or your own design with a blank. I kind of like the FIA 289 layout with the speedo at 3o'clock on the passenger side. And don't forget all the carbon fiber dashes available too.

Best of luck!

And another thing...

I just found Cobra Restorers 427 SC dash panels on their web site. Quite a bit more expensive that Finish Line's. Do they fit our FFRs?

Tri-States has one for the MKIII $70.00. Happy with fit and finish.

I love the S/C layout best but the originals never had a glovebox. Oh well.

Tri State website says it won't fit the Mark 111 -not sure why not.

I had my own made - well, I had to reposition everything anyway!

With Tri-States, they originally only had a MKII dash and the website did not say that it was for a MKII only. It looks like they now have a MKIII dash. If the website is stating MKIII, it'll fit.

Thanks, Guys.

Finish Line's web site says their dash panel is 60mm thick. What about Tri-States? Does Tri-State's panel cutouts fit the AutoMeter Vintage gauges?

Todd: Tell me about that glovebox. Do you have a heater?

No heater. I fabbed this out of aluminum.

Todd,

Did you also fab the lid / cover?
That's really nice work!

Can someone who has seen both compare the Finish Line and Tri-State S/C dash for me (thickness, bottom edge treatment, hole sizes, etc...)

I have the standard street dash. I think it looks good, and it's easy to read tach and speedo while driving.

But im thinking of changing it to be sort of like the competition dash. Except I want the speedo all the way at the top, and the three gauges below that.

Why, you might ask? Two reasons. Up high it will be easy to read at high speeds. Almost in the line of sight, especially heading in to a righ hander. And second, so it will show up on the in car camera.
