I went out and finished wiring up my good friends FFR with a 408, Victor Jr heads, .620 lift mechanical roller cam, Victor Jr intake modified for EFI, Electromotive engine management system, 4 into 4's and it sounds nasty.

Andy, the cam is a custom grind with 108 degree LC, int 245/.616, ext 253/.640 @.050 . THe CR is 10.5:1 Can you plug the numbers in your dyno programs?

Looks and sounds like a very sweet set up. When I first saw the cam numbers, I thought the lift looked high for 10.5:1, but then I found similar cams on crane's website and they confirmed that a cam with those numbers can be used 10.5:1 and higher. Here is the dyno2000 on it. I used 1000 as the carb and large headers with mufflers...so this is probably conservative a tad.
