typical shop rates:
rebuildable short block core-$125
bore and hone w/ torque plates-$225
hot tank and shot blast block-$80
regrind and polish crank-$125
resize rods-$100
rod, main and cam bearings-$65
camshaft-$150
roller timing chain-$45
keith black pistons-$250
moly rings-$35
oil pump-$22
gasket kit-$45
TOTAL $1267
I agree with par442k, you get what you pay for. Buyer beware, it doesn't add up. some rebuiders cut corners where they can, so the buyer doesn't get what they expected but they do get what they pay for. :(

THis also appears to be a short block which will add heads, intake, distributor, carb, etc. I have a completely stock 351W that I was going to put in the cobra, instead went with T&L Motors and have been very happy.
