Let's see...got the kit 2/16/02, and the motor went in about 1 month ago. Did 90% of the wiring, all the brake plumbing (Buick GN), ran fuel lines from the custom JAZ cell, filled the cooling system, and installed the BIGS Holley potato. Turned the key for the first time today...all excited...nothing. Oh, forgot to turn on the battery disconnect. Turned the key again...nothing. Forgot to turn on the hidden kill switch. Turned the key again..uh uh uh uh uh...pump the gas...uh uh uh uh uh...POW. Okay..let's check everything one more time. Maybe this isn't number 1 on the distributor..maybe that one is..let's see. UH uh uh uh uh....vrroooommmmm.....purrrrrr.

no blown fuses
no brake leaks
no fuel leaks
no water leaks
no oil leaks
clutch works
tranny shifts
200 degrees
70 psi oil pressure
6 psi fuel pressure
Only 1 casualty...one of my indestructable nylon plug wire looms melted off and landed on the header...smelled awful.
Anyway, I'm now sitting on the curb out by the street waiting for the Big Brown Truck to bring my wheels....
