No deal. I didn't actually go up and look at it because the owner didn't want to let me drive it home with his tag on it. He was worried that his insurance would be hit if there was an accident. That's not actually true (once he has a bill of sale, it's not his problem) but he wouldn't budge.

Oh well. There are 3 more prospects much more local to me.
