Sorry to post another tire question it's just that I cant find a post that says one must have x offset for the setup I have. From what I gathered the rear is OK but I may bee to0 wide up front on the tire but the rim will fit.

I have SN95 front spindles & ffr tubular lca, 13" cobra calipers/rotors and standard width IRS with the 11.65" cobra caliper/rotors in the back. My question is if the following wheel tire combo will fit:
Front:
265/35-18 (5.85" backspacing and 24mm offset)
Rear
285/35-18 (6.38" backspacing and 22mm offset)

BACKSPACE
6" backspace on a 9" rim is correct
6.38" bs on a 10.5 should be ok if you have a MkIII.

TIRE SIZE
Front 265/35-18: 10.3" tread width, 25.3" diameter should be ok, width is a little wide, may rub.

Rear 285/35-18: not found
Rear 285/30-18: 11.0" Tread width, 24.8" diameter
Diameter short for a rear, width fine...no issues

You might look at 295/30-18...25.1" diameter, 11.5" tread width
These are Yokohoma tires from TireRack.com.

Thanks for the info, I started looking again at the 17" superlights (FR500) that ffr offers and somehow had thought they had problems with the 13" brakes but after reading the tech notes I see that they don't... so this morning I am thinking of going 245/45-17 up front and 315/35-17 in the rear... lets see what I chang my mind to this afternoon!
