found a donor, 92 LX 302, 5spd, it has 160K miles on it, single owner, runs good, at a minium what would you do? New bearings, pistons and rings? and have it board .40 over? any idea on a cost would also be helpfull.
you'd probably be better off posting this in the roadster gallery. my view is that you'll need to do at least that much but you can't be sure until you get it apart. you also have to think of valve job, timing chain and sprockets, oil pump, and (possibly) water pump.
