You have to be careful with 77 on foam - sometimes it will try to eat the foam slightly. Contact cement sprayed on (or brushed very lightly) works well, or "landau top adhesive" from an upholstery shop is the best. This is what they use to glue the foam and vinyl on for a car with a vinyl top. Is very similar to contact cement, but a little different and easier to use. It can be stuck, removed, and stuck again (within a short time period), where regular contact cement tends to be a one shot deal.
