Brothers performance put a brand new 03 Cobra on the Dyno,

Ford doesn't need to look at their numbers, they need to keep under-rating their performers so the insurance nazi's don't march in to spoil the fun.
This way they can come out next year with even "MORE" hp than last (and probably dyno the same...)
If only GM would wake up we'd be back in the pony wars again...

I've also read that due to some government noise restriction thing, the exhaust is very restrictive on the car.

BTW, does this car use a carburetor? Sorry, couldn't resist
