mg2 What have others done to fix this over fill the trans ??

mg2 Mine is doing this now I just greased the seal today. Just thinking that the trans must not be sitting level as a result the seal dry’s out.

SnakeBitten14 What should I lube the seal and yoke with? Transmission fluid, oil, or grease?

Michael Everson My Guess would be the seal. Mine used to squeak when I would push the car out of the garage.

Low speed squeal

Just finished putting the car together and start the registration process. Last weekend we took it for its longest drive yet, about 60 miles. There's only 100 miles on the odometer so far. However, when we started out there was a squeal coming from the transmission tunnel at low speed. We got going and it went away. I didn't think anything of it at first. We stopped, and when we went to head home it did it again. Any ideas on what it might be?

The car is donor build. I had the transmission rebuilt at a local shop, driveshaft cut and u-joints replaced, and the rear end is a 2015 IRS

Bad transmission bearing? Dry output shaft seal?
