Avalanche325 I just watched the "LA river" scene the other night on Youtube.

Funny how in the movies, you can always just drive in and out of there.

Gumball Rally!

Yep, Gumball Rally is what started it all for me, Watched it with my Dad. Got the movie a few years ago and watch it every now and then.

You should come out for the Lake Garnett Grand Prix Revival in Oct. There is usually 10-15 cobras in attendance. I'll look you up LCS.

Derald Rice My first memory of a Cobra was at the 1963 Lake Garnett Grand Prix, Garnett Kansas. The factory team arrived with their hauler, and took on 3 or 4 of the new lightweight Gran Sport Corvettes.

It was no match and the Cobras finished 1-2-3.

it dawned on me over the weekend when I saw my first Cobra...

Was flipping through the channels this weekend and saw The Gumball Rally (1976) was on - and it hit me, yep - this is my first memory of the Cobra!
