5.8Cobra Just checked my donor column and its metric M10X1.5 by 20 mm long. The grade on top is 9.8. Hope this helps!

Size and thread count for steering wheel

Can any one please tell me what the size and thread count is for a 89 Ford foxbody (donor car) steering wheel bolt it? The ONE bolt that goes dead center to hold on the steering wheel boss.

Please don't guess, that will do me no good. I appear to have cross threaded it a bit, and want to tap it before continuing.
