Thanks for that information, I'm pretty certain I'll be able to sort the bracketing and layout, but if you are able to share a picture that would be great. Also if you know the Maval/unisteer part number that would be great too - I've started searching it, but obviously good to have confirmation

    Best regards
    Iain

    Hi Ian

Just wondering if you could tell me what steering rack you used in your Roadster. Really close to biting the bullet and trying to reconfirm my ideas on things. Steering rack is one that has remained a challange though

    Best regards
    Iain

Hi Ian - I had a look at your Coupe at Stoneleigh a few years ago when you were importing FFRs into the UK. Unfortunately I never ordered, but am beginning to feel its time for me to stop looking and actually fulfil my dream. I am however concerned that the kit might require a lot of mods to be IVA compliant, I have never built a car before, have a single garage, etc. 1. Am I mad to even consider this kit? 2. How complicated is it to make is IVA compliant (not worried about LHD, happy to retain). 3. Who can help in the UK when I get stuck? Hammink will supply the kit at a decent price, but have never sold one to the UK, and have no idea about the IVA complience. Given your experience, I would appreciate your thoughts. Best regards, Thor.

Hi Ian, I searched the web and old mags but cannot find the year before which emissions do NOT apply to kits SVA tested in UK. I remembered 79 or 86 but not sure. Grateful for the year. Went to Stafford while in UK, almost no one there, a bit of a let down. Hope all is well.
    Regards, Michael (Britlad)
