    Hi Glen,

    No, I didn't tie the pontoons to the chassis yet. In fact, I never even test fit it with clamps. I should probably find them and see how it fits. I'm working on the windows now, then the next step is to go back to the aluminum for the pontoons and wheel well. I was planning on fiberglassing in a few mounts to the hood to hold the upper aluminum. We'll see how that goes.

    Did you tie the pontoons to the chassis before you cut the bottoms off your hood? We installed the aluminum for the bottom of the wheel wells tonight and everything feels so much more stable. We had to cut the bottoms off the hood. I have my credit card out to order the roller kit too. Not sure how we'll mount the latches but it would be easier to color sand and buff with them installed like yours.
