Mike, I'm installing an LS3 in my coupe and have a few questions. my engine is from a 2010 camaro with an oil coiler on the drivers side, do you think that will have to go? what did you use for isolation between the GM engine mounts and the fram mounts you made?

Ok, gottcha. So did moving it forward help reduce the oversteer? Did you weigh the car at the tires to find weight distribution?

Owl the Coupe oversteers badly so I wanted to balance the car better. I moved the engine forward and moved the battery from the rear hatch to below the X brace. Also the LS1 intake would have hit the box the A/C is mounted in.

Very nice, looked through the pics, car looks great! Why did you move the motor forward 2"? was it for weight/practicallity/etc?

    Thanks for the info!

Hey did a quick search on Type 65 Coupe LS1 and you popped up! I don't have the kit yet, but I have a 2001 Camaro sitting in my driveway awaiting a coupe!! Was wondering, how did you place the LS into the Chasis, use stock motor mount locations or did you move forward some?
