SF Burgers & Beers

Come on up and cruise from SF to visit Denbetse Motorsports in Windsor then gonna make 2 stops at different brewerys on the way back for quick taste the back to my house in SF for burgers & beers. Plan so far leaving from the Chevron gas station on 19th Ave where hwy 280 north meets 19th Ave SF. At 8am trip to Windsor just a lil on an hour drive. Will post more info with address coming. Ride alongs are never a problem if your car is not ready.

I'm in..

One of the stops will be at Russian Riverewing in Santa Rosa who is the manufacturer of Pliney the elder beer. Brewers magazine called it the " best beer in the world". I don't know
about that, but it's really good and very difficult to buy. As soon as it gets delivered to a local store, it sells out, and even if you're lucky enough to find some, they limit your purchases to two bottles. The only way to get a case, is to buy it at the brewery, so make sure you got some room in your trunk!

SF burgers & beers drive Sat 5-20-15

So here is the plan.
8am departure from Chevron gas station 1100 Junipero Serra Blvd San Francisco, CA 94132. This is at the beginning of 19th ave when you get off hwy 280 going to the GG bridge.

1st destination will be Denbeste Motor Sports LLC 820 Denbeste Ct Windsor, CA 95492
travel time 1hr 20min.

2nd destination Russian River Brewing Company, 725 4th Street, Santa Rosa, CA 95404

3rd destination Petaluma Hills Brewing Company, 1333 North McDowell Boulevard, Petaluma, CA 94954

4th destination my house for burgers and some beers 875 Duncan St, San Francisco, CA 94131, USA

So plan is to drive up look at their showroom then hit both the breweries for a qwik taste and purchase of beers and then to my house for lil food.
Now if we have the 8am departure we should be at Denbeste at 9:30. Hang out for 1-1 1/2hrs leave around 11am hit up the 2 breweries and be at my house 1 or 1:30 pm .

If you can't make the drive and want to come up for some food just let me know.

If anybody has any question let me know.

Ride alongs are possible if there are open seats if your car is not ready.

Thanks Freddie

I'd like to suggest a meetup of the South Bay attendees at Starbucks, just off Foothill Expressway at 280. When headed Northbound on 280, get off to the right at foothill, and head to the Chevron Station on the first right intersection. Enter the parking lot behind it or turn right on Grant Rd to get to the next building. Starbucks is next door to Wells Fargo bank.
I think 7:15am, but open to suggestions.
Who's in?

Great day at Denbeste, followed up with Russian River Brewery for a pint, and then to Lauginitas Brewerey for a 2nd pint, before heading back to Freddie's for burgers and a couple of Corona's to finish the day.

I went to Denbeste 2 years prior and boy did they renovate that place! Much better than before. The burn-out inside was amusing.

Thanks Freddie for hosting. Great day to be driving around despite the heavy fog. Like you said, once we got past 92, it was sunshine all the way home.

Pictures of the Denbeste visit posted on my FB page:
