Had the Top wrapped almost 3 years ago and it still looks like new ( also applied wrap to the rear fender stone guards) a couple weeks ago .LOVE the stuff ! If you do go w/a wrap check out 3Ms 1080 Series.Great stuff

I would recommend that you spend some time searching this and other forums on this subject. There are a lot of opinions out there and for the most part they align. Wrapping has come a long ways and is getting better. On a moving car, you cannot tell the difference between paint and a good wrap. (I will keep using "good wrap" as the quality of wraps out there makes a big difference) If I put two cars side by side and you were to walk around them, the painted car would look better. The paint shines more while the wrap will look like a couple days after a waxing like a thin film of dust on it. For everyday driving, I bet most people will not be able to tell the difference. The best thing to do is to head down to the local car shows and look at them yourself. After all, this car is for you.
