Question Texas Registration

Does anybody know if windshield wipers are mandatory to register roadster in Texas?

Yes, but you can use a manual clip on and then throw it in the trunk.

You only need it for the safety inspection, not the registration.
You can certainly use a manual clip on. But don't be surprised if they don't check it. Last inspection I did, I forgot the wiper and they didn't even notice.
