Went for a couple hundred mile ride today

I don’t get out much but my daughter and I went for a 200 mile ride today.

Car ran flawless. I did throw on the new Cooper Cobra Tire’s for safe measure.

Some small observations. Car is loud (new pipes) ride could stand to be softened up (Breeze rod end arms and shocks). Car for some reason has solid motor mounts so the vibrations are a bit much.

We rode into Clayton Ga had a burger and rode home.

Good looking car. Nothing like a father / daughter trip!

Sounds like a lot of fun for all. I'm jealous, since it's just too darn hot right now.

Yeah was very nice when we left @1030. I think it was high 70’s. One the way back was 89.

Looking forward to the next few months. I plan to put as many miles on it over those few months than the whole time I’ve had it.

very nice! I fixed your pic too i'd imagine after 200 miles, the ears would be a bit tender !

Thanks for fixing for me. Not sure why it had it rotated.

I try to take it easy on the revs since I know it’s deafening.

I think I’m changing to GasN pipes over the winter

Funny in the many builds I’ve done i never cared about the noise. I guess age will do it to ya.

Try earplugs or ear buds that keep out the noise.
