VPM sway bar with larger coils

I have a 3 link with the original 250 lb coil-overs that came with the retrofit, I want to put Koniís on with 2 1/2Ē coils. I am running into interference with the VPM sway bar, options are putting 250-350 lb coils on and removing sway bar or keeping 250ís and trying to bend the bar for clearance. I donít want to sacrifice any ride quality because it seems like a beating I donít want anymore. Can the bar be cold bent? Iím afraid heating and bending would not be a good idea? Thought please? Thanks ! Aron

I never had that problem. Can you rotate the mounts on the axle any to get more clearance? It's been 3 yrs so memory is fuzzy, but I just realized I had about a 1/2in thick spacer between the flat clamp surface and the swaybar mount. Just confirmed in an old pic that is exactly what I had. Kind of washed out by the flash but you can see it here.
