Pan hard bar

Is there allowed to be any play in the lower pan hard cross bar?

I used 2 of the .375 and 1 of the .25 spacers as per the instructions. There is a little play. Its say to adjust as necessary. I might be able to get a thin washer in there.

The upper has no play.
