I've never used (for that matter I've never even seen) a Casey dash so I'm not going to be able to help.

Hi I have a question about your dash, what glove box did you use is that an alex glove box and do you have a heater if so what was your clearance behind the dash. I am having a tough time figuring out a glove box and yours looks shorter that most and I think it would fit my dash lay out better. Thnks Scott

thanks. this was stuck in my mailbox. I did just receive my casey dash...mocking up the bend is a must like you said since there is only one shot at bending it. Thanks again

    Adam,
my dash from Larry Casey is pretty thick aluminum (.90 I believe). My objective was just to tuck in the ends to where they allow for a full bend and I'm using the ends with fasteners into the frame tubing. I placed a chain link fence post in my vice and by hand bent the end around the fence post. I would recommend using a scrap piece of aluminum or other means to mock it up before bending. Once you make the bend, it's next to impossible to undo and straighten out. Also be sure to make any bends before powdercoating. Hope this helps.
