I was told by Craig @ John Force that he would hold 15 spots to park Factory Five cars together. He said it may not be where we parked last year, but he would park us together. If you haven't entered yet, write Factory Five in the club affiliation and he would make sure your placard would park you in the correct place.
Sooooooooo .... Who will be there ??
Mike
Glenn
Kim
Larry
Bill
Kenny
Erik H.
John T.

I got my invitation yesterday and will probably go. I have some possible travel to the east coast but that is looking like the following week. I will try to get Bill to go as well.
I'll be there I already sent in my application but I put down COCOA as the club but since we'll probably be driving in together it shouldn't be a problem.

good question... i got my "reminder" in the US mail, but once again, it coincides with my birthday. i have to wait a short while to see if a relative is flying into town to celebrate with me.

cheers,
Tell them to meet you at the car show if they show up... what better way to celebrate than being around horse power and $20k paint jobs! I'll even bring a cake for ya!
Count on both of us coming. Bill confirmed that his wife will let him go so I sent the money in today. Looking forward to the show and to seeing everyone.
I was told by Craig @ John Force that he would allocate 15 spots for FFR. Erik, hope to see you there.....

Hoping it doesn't rain.... We have been alloted 15 spaces for FFR. You should be directed to that area when you drive in.....

Weather limited our numbers... Larry, Glenn, Kim, John T. and I enjoyed the show but left about 1:00 due to a mist that was soon turning into light rain. A total of five Factory Fives were there. The plan is to attend the "Legends of the Highway" car show next Sunday.... btw... weather looks to be excellent !

Show was fun although overall lighter attendance no doubt due to the threat of rain. Saw some very nice cars. A buddy of mine brought his vintage drag/ski boat powered by an injected 427 cammer motor. He fired it up in the lot. Wow! What a rush to hear that thing idle and the when he hit it...awesome. That was worth the ride by itself. Don't think it will fit in my FF5 but maybe....
Man, I checked the weather 100 times and it was a game time decision. My boy and I packed up and hit the road. I was trying out my new plastic velco-attach windows with the hard top on and they were working nice! Got to the top of the toll road in Irvine and it was misting a bit. No big deal....don't need wipers for that. Then I look out over Irvine from Signal hit and it's just a wall of moisture. The 55 was soaked and I was heading right for it. So I turned around and went home and put up Christmas lights all day. LAME!!! So mad on this one. I was really looking forward to hanging out with you guys after the Fab Fords fiasco last year. Well, soon enough guys. Have a great holiday if I don't see you. Maybe I'll set up a quick get together before hand or see you at Monarch, C&C etc.
This show has a history of catching rain, in fact this is the third straight year for rain. Lately my wet weather luck has been non-existent. I usually hit C & C in Irvine Saturday mornings but I've been turned back twice recently by rain and two weeks ago the fog was so thick at 5:45 AM you could barely see. The car was a mess afterwards so this past Saturday when they said 20% chance of rain and with everything still wet from Friday's rain I said "pass".
Even with all this bad joojoo we've still got it better than 95% of the country so no complaints from me. I'll just wait for the sun.
Frank
