How about a fun evening spent with your fellow car friends? I'll be closing the street in front of my house on July 29th in order to make room for as many car friends as are willing to make the trip to Simi Valley.
This year we'll start at 4pm and will go until it ends.

Last year we had around 50 cars and over 200 people.

We've inked it Matt, not quite as geographically close as Bob but I think Julie and I can commit. At Bob's age he'll probably forget anyways.

Hi Matt,

I can see you will need some mellowing forces at your event if both Frank and Bob are threatening to attend. Therefore my wife and/or I want to attend with our Yellow One to help keep the peace.

But we have two complications: Victoria and I are planning to join a July cruise thru Idaho with the Utah Cobra Club returning to So.Cal. just before the weekend of your event, and our second daughter and husband are expecting the birth of their first child (and our fifth grandchild) around that time also, so these events might impact our attendance.

If we have to back out at the last minute, there is always 911 and SWAT.

No matter who attends, I am sure it will be a great event.

It sounds like you'll be back from you other trip on time and a fifth grandchild (Ignoring the "their first" part) You can miss that one can't you?

BTW Mike: We can put a car in the garage at my place on Sat and I take you home if you want to bring another one on Sun. There are several neighbors bringing two or three cars including me... although I don't have much of a drive.

Sorry been on vacation. I will see him first of the week. Will find out. Going to try and get him to bring my mustang we did for Columbus (Street Machine of the Year). The buyer is a good customer of Alans. Here's a quick shot.
