Can anyone identify this Cobra???

Hey Guys,

This is the ONLY other Cobra we saw on a 5000 mile roadtrip from Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada to San Diego and back. We saw it in Carmel by the sea.

What kind of Cobra is it and does anyone know who owns it??
