Need accident lawyer recommendations
Need recommendation for a real good accident lawyer. Over a month ago I got rearended on the highway by 2 cars. Both claiming 50% at fault. Many of you know the car I was in, The Modular Notchback. Well Progressive Is fully understanding what I've done to the car, but are playing hardball on the price to replace. Access is just playing stupid and saying that all they see is a Mustang with a V8 swap. I wish it was that easy.
Anyways, my back and neck are still stiff and now my knees are both swelling due to me not getting in an out of my truck very easily.
I've told progressive that I'm looking for $10,000 and keeping the carcass would be the minimum.
But if they are pushing for me to pay for an appraiser, then I guess I'm not going to be patient with them anymore.
