I'm having trouble getting my CSR t-filler to seal consistantly. It is very difficult to get the lower part of the cap seal positioned just right. Seems that the hole that the cap goes into is way to large (I've tried three new caps)! You know when you have it right because the upper hose will build and hold pressure when hot. Anyone else have this problem? I went with the CSR based on the negative results with the Moroso peice.

I bought one of their caps at the same time. My has cap has worked great. The filler has leaked one time. The hose ends are just screwed into the base and one of mine came loose.
I bought a generic 16 lb. cap and it fit perfectly. My issue was one of the o-rings on the hose end split. No problem though, the Home Depot had one that was slightly larger (material diameter, not overall diameter). No problems since.

I had the same problem with my CSR remote filler; I tried several crapola caps before finding the right crapola cap. I found a Stant 16lb cap at Advanced Auto Parts. I think I paid $4.50 for it, and I could tell immediately when screwing it on that it fit better than the others.
