I installed the Pedal Box the other day and while installing the brake pedal I realized it seems that a spacer of some sort is required on the top but I can't find it? Whats it look like and where can I get one except a junk yard cause it seems like alot of work to get a small piece.

Are you asking about the bushing that the pivot bolt passes through?

You should have two plastic bushings, one on each end of the pivot and a steel bushing that passes through those, then the bolt.

Ford dealer should be able to get those. There is also a venor on the forum that rebuilds pedal boxes, he probably could help also. Unfortunatly I can't think of his name right now.

HTH

Regarding my question where the problem lies is where the push rod goes into the break pedal there is a large space between that and little hole at the end of the brake pedal. I'm guessing a pin goes there but what goes infront of that pin? To hold the push rod from moving???? Thanks in Advance!

Here's a scan from a Chilton manual. Does this show the piece you're missing?

OK where can I get a push rod spacer? Will Ford still have them available?
