Angry car not performing in high rpm range

I have a 98 mustang gt. Ran mint till I washed the motor. Since it ran like crappy I changed the plugs, wires, coils, fuel filter. Have no codes at all. After the wash I found the dpfe sensor melted, along with harness part. I replaced it all and now it blows the 1/4 in lines off the sensor when full throttle. Car seems sluggish after 4000 rpm range. Why is this happening? I am stumped. Clutch don't slip at all, maybe a cat plugging? I need some expert help please....thanks.
Also how do I clean the maf sensor and throttle body??

Sounds like you have water where it shouldn't be. Pull all your electrical connections apart and blow them dry. Especially any control modules you can find.

You have a restricted muffler or cat.
