No, but I've heard of it. Simple enough system, if you go with it, let us know how you like it. I can't recall anyone using it though, I don't know of too many guys around here using a security system on their FFR. I know that Guard Dawg has been used a couple times for proximity keyless starts though.

Cool, sorry about that, there were like 20 new actual spam posts this morning when I got on, so it's been a real issue lately. Usually, when you see a post with low post count and just a quick link, it's spam. But, we can all be wrong, right? Good to see you're a real person and welcome, no harm no foul?

Cool man, and thanks for the kudos. If you see my dash, you'll see I did a very simple push start, using a $4 button from parts express and relays. No remotes, but I didn't want one anyway. It's tied into the main ignition, and you can start with the key or with the button, and Stop is via the key. I figured that would make sense in the event of an emergency since it's how all other cars work, and it adds the security of the push button not working unless the key is in the ignition.

Are you wanting a remote that you have to unlock in order to use the push button, or would you rather like a proximity fob that you just have to have within the cabin in order to start? There are plenty of proximity start companies out there, so just say what you want and I can dig up some of those companies for you.

push button

Hey guys

If your looking for a simple FOB proximity security systeme link to a push start button you should go to Alliexpress.com they are base in China (i know not USA made!) but the cost is extremely interesting!!! I paid the systeme 110 US $ including freight and customs. Ill be installing it this week end so In a few days I should be able to let you know how it went. But the kit is complete with relay, alrm connection, led and 2 credit card type device to activate the systeme. So all of this connected to my S200 push start should work thus eliminating the key all together.

Proximity

For me the kit I got works realy good. Its a push start and a proximity security systeme all in one. Its not simple to hook up in a non wire dieted FFR. So I ended up with a bunch of relays to mimick the mechanical action of the donor key. Maybe I over complicated the install, anyway, now when I aproach the car, the lights come on,the fuel pump starts the radio turns on, the only thing left to do, is to push the start button.

Yes its a bit much, but I think its cool.
