Billboard prices

Why are billboards so dang expensive! I love these tires but dang $263 a pop,,,jeesh

And then from what I understand, they aren't even DOT approved!

You think that since your car is a rolling billboard for their product, they'd at least give a guy a break price wise..lol

Low demand makes them expensive. I bought AVON's for my GT40 - $450 each for the back!!

Thanks for that Don! I really want to give the stencil idea a try.

I was able to download the pdf file. It appears it is several pages that will need to be joined together to create the complete words, after printing them out. Is that the way it is supposed to be, or am I missing something?

The other download, .dwg, my computer can't figure out how to open it properly, I gather you need a CAD program, or is there another common program I can use??

Bill, that is right with the pdf files. There are 'cut' marks on them to help. The dwg files are for CAD if anyone cares. I posted letter sized versions on the other thread about Billboards.

I agree with 2fast4u low demand makes them very expensive.That's why some of them are cannot afford.

I went ahead and pulled the trigger on a set today. I might look into the stencil route next time, but for now Im happy
