SB100 Transferable?
Does Anyone know if a car (that was registered with an SB100 exemption in California then gets sold and registered in Arizona) is still smog exempt if purchased from the arizona owner and returned to California?
Does the sb100 exemption still apply or does the return to California mandate another DMV marathon to obtain a new number?
