5/16" fuel lines

Can somebody assure me that the 5/16" fuel lines supplied with the complete kit is the correct size for a 347 stroker, 4 brrl carb, mechanical fuel pump with no return line? Just want to double check before I install the 5/16" lines. thanks Andy

You may get different opinions on that.

It will probably be ok, but we ended up going with larger lines. The thinking being that it would be easier to do now, than on a completed car.

5/16 is probably sufficient for most street engines. But if your 347 makes decent HP and you stomp the go pedal a lot, 3/8" is better. That's what I'm using on my 331

I have a Levy 347, FI. I used 1/2 inch up and 3/8 return. That way when I come to my senses and install A MUCH BIGGER ENGINE, I will have that chore taken care of

do I have to upgrade my fuel pump pickup that came with my kit if I upgrade to 3/8" supply lines?
