I'm about to purchase a 347 stroker kit and have run into some reasonable prices but don't know which kit to choose. Anyone ever use enginekits.com? I want forged pistons and will be in the 400HP range so don't need an all out race kit. What crank should I look for? Thanks for any input.

Big, when looking at a kit you really need to understand that cheap kits are just that. A quality stroker kit is going to run in the $1100 ball park.
There are some kit's out there you must be very careful of.

Here is a nice entry level 347 kit. I'd ask Brian for the shorter rod and 331 pistons despite what he tells you.

I'd do a long rod 306 or this:
347 no wristpin encroachment

I am just getting a Marklll but have been around engines and racing all my life. I agree with Gordon, watch out for the cheapest....remember, if you have over 10:1 compresson, you can no longer run pump gas....
