Valve spring recommendation

I am putting together a 5 litre roller motor for my TVR and I purchased some new gt40p heads and a e303 cam. I have the forged pistons and will be using carberation. I am wondering if roller rockers will clear cobra valve covers and if the E7TE springs would be adequate.

you will definately need new valve springs. You will probably end up clearancing the covers for the roller rockers. You will need to do a mock assembly and check the clearance. Andrew

Spring choice depends on cam choice. Use whatever the cam manufacturer recommends.

Some roller rockers will fit, and some won't. Like Andrew said, you'll just have to do a mock up and see. You may be able to use two cork gaskets to avoid modifying your covers.
