It depends on the dyno. You can go to 5 different dyno's on the same day and get 5 different readings. 245 at the rear wheels aquates to 300-310 at the flywheel. That cam you have, is that 260 duration @50 or advertised? If it as advertised, you would see some gain for a longer duration and lobe seperation. The other thing is fuel system a timing. Both if not optimized will cost you top end power. It would help to see and air/fuel curve. This is cridical to be able tune properly.

What is the timing at 3000 revs? Did you notice the air/fuel getting higher as the revs peaked? This is what total advance will be.
I checked in the specs of that cam and it is pretty mild. It drops off at around 5500 revs. This is a good torque can but doesn't produce top end hp.
I think the 35-312-8 or the 35-314-8 would work better for the lighter car.
Also a Victor 5.0 intake and 75mm t-body and air meter would help a lot.

Old, I have been thinking about your engine. I believe if you got rid of the shorty headers and went to a set of 4 into4's, you would pick up as much as 25hp.
